Celebrate Recovery is a Christ Centered 12 Step recovery program. Celebrate Recovery started by John Baker in 1991 at Saddleback Church. Since that time it has spread across the United States and around the world. Rather than focusing only on alcohol or drugs, Celebrate Recovery deals with all sorts of “Hurts, Habits, and Hang-ups” .

Todd County Celebrate Recovery is sponsored by Petrie Memorial Methodist Church in Elkton, KY and is supported by other area churches and individuals. Meetings are held each Tuesday at POPs located at 201 East Main St.  A meal begins at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.   The meetings include a whole group meeting with singing along with either a lesson or testimony followed by small gender based open-share groups. Step study groups are also available on a separate night.
